I have never dealt with a more communicative, responsive and dedicated company. I had been trying to find a good contractor for years. My furnace had been inoperable for three years until, thank goodness, I found Heartland heating. Due to my past experiences with contractors I was apprehensive and did not know what to expect, but Ben Hadley and his team of technicians made sure that I was taken care of. Heartland made sure that the job was done correctly, returning to ensure that the installation was up to standard, which gave me extraordinary peace of mind. They also checked in regularly to make sure that the system was working properly after installation, especially in this cold weather we are having with the snow in January. My house is well over 100 years old, not insulated at all, and the system that they replaced was not cutting it even before it stopped working. The system they installed was not only affordable, but works beyond any dreams I had. I’m very thankful that they had finance options available as well, and did not oversell anything to keep me within my preferred budget. As long as Heartland Heating is in business, I will recommend them to all.

The air conditioning went out in the basement of the Cambria Baptist Church. Ben came out and gave us a reasonable quote and explained to us everything that needed to be done. The crew came out and replaced the inside and outside units, line set, power line and disconnect, filter, and thermostat. The work was completed by mid-afternoon. The crew that did the installation was very good and walked us through what we needed to know for the new air conditioning. Later, Ben checked to see how things were going and if we needed anything. We are very satisfied with the installation and service and would recommend Heartland.

Had a new unit put in and I can't thank Issac and Trent enough for the professional installation , had it in and going before the end of the day , very good work and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, thank you again heartland heating and air !!!

Recently found out our ac unit is leaking out the freon and needless to say we need a new unit , our 22 yr old unit has seen its last days, Couldn't thank Ben enough for coming out at 10 o clock at night to add more freon because our unit just kept running and was low again, couldn't appreciate Heartland enough for what they do

I had been scheduling maintenance service to my AC units for a couple of years. The process is very easy from calling and setting up the date and time. Recently one of my AC units had to be replaced. Ben guided me through the process which was completely new to me. I am very pleased with the new unit. Used Heartland to put a mini-split heating and air unit in12x24 four season room. I had no idea what size I needed. Heartland came to my home and figured out the best sized unit that I needed, no more no less. In a matter of days, two men were at my home installing my unit. They did an excellent professional job.
